+Import is finished ; but no names

Hi,
I uploaded a small gedcom file. It processed without any problem, and I get the message +Import is finished"", but unfortunately no names are shown.
What could that be?

(Assuming you did not create your GedCom file on an Apple computer ....if so, please read this forum and the manual ...)
In the Joaktree parameter setup there is an option to process the upload step - by - step.
1. Open the parameters and select the option "Load GedCom file"
2. Close the parameters and execute "Process GedCom".
3. Read and save the message.
4. Open the parameters and select the option "Process persons".
5. Close the parameters and execute "Process GedCom".
6. Read and save the message.
7. Open the parameters and select the option "Process persons".
8. Close the parameters and execute "Process sources and repositories".
9. Read and save the message.
This should load all persons, sources and repositories.
